Help with Notinot

01Where your notebooks are

Notinot saves notebooks as ordinary files in a location you choose: On My iPhone / On My iPad, iCloud Drive, another Files location, or optionally your own personal Microsoft OneDrive account. Notinot has no accounts and no servers, so we cannot see or recover your notebooks.

02Connecting or disconnecting OneDrive

• Sign in or out from Notinot’s Settings. Sign-in happens on Microsoft’s own page; Notinot never sees your password.
• Signing out removes the stored tokens and cached copies from your device. If a copy still has changes that haven’t been uploaded, Notinot keeps it and tells you.
• You can also remove Notinot’s access at account.live.com/consent/Manage.

03Deleting notebooks and the app

Delete notebooks in Notinot or in the Files app. Deleting the app also deletes notebooks stored On My iPhone / On My iPad and any OneDrive changes not yet uploaded. Notebooks in iCloud Drive, OneDrive or another Files location stay there until you delete them.

04Permissions

• Camera is used only for Scan Document.
• Photos uses Apple’s photo picker; the app receives only the images you pick.
• Files access is limited to what you choose in the system picker.

Change any of these in iOS Settings.
