Help with SimplyResolve

01If reminders do not arrive

• Turn reminders on in the app, and allow notifications for SimplyResolve in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Notifications > SimplyResolve).
• Android: reminders also need the exact-alarm permission and can be delayed by aggressive battery saving. They are re-armed after the phone restarts.

The app works without notification permission; you just will not get reminders.

02Your data and deleting it

Goals, activities, daily records and notes stay on your device. Delete individual goals and activities in the app; deleting the app removes everything, including widget data. We have no copy and cannot recover it. Device backups (iCloud or computer on iPhone; Google backup on Android) may include app data, under your control.

SimplyResolve is available on iPhone and on Android.
